Neither ssh keys, nor GnuPG keys were regisered for that account;
on the other hand, that account is a member of no groups, and
the only activity in the trackers is bug #17478; so I've went ahead
and updated the email to taviso@sdf.org.

Now, you must be able to reset your password.
