Follow-up Comment #2:

Hi, i think the problem is due the selected pspp version name 0.10.5pre1 which
results in a problem with the PERL version number which does not allow
characters.

I pushed a fix for this (changed the version name to 0.10.5-pre1. In my mac
environment the perl test now run again.
