PSPP-BUG: [bug #51218] Automated builds don't work

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #51218 (project pspp):

I don't have an x86_64 build environment set up, so that simply isn't
working.

The more interesting question is why i386 builds are failing.  It's due to the
perl module not working.  It builds, but then all the tests fail with:

I fussed with this for a long time this morning, but I failed to solve the
problem, so for now I am going to run my builds without configuring the Perl
module.
