Only the FSF admins have access to that system. This will need one of them to look at the problem and determine why your mail is getting this error. Reference: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Callback_verification Me thinks that maybe your source system is failing the callback verification that is apparently (due to that error message) happening on eggs.
