Details:

Hello.

I created two lists: address@hidden and address@hidden and
subscribed the administrator to these lists. Also I subscribed one user to
these lists.

Then I tried to check functioning correctness of address@hidden:
1) I found posts from the user at the pending moderator requests web page. It
was OK.
2) I tried several times to post a message from the administrator e-mail
address to the list but I was not able to find the posts neither at the
pending moderator requests web page nor in the list. It was FAILURE.
3) I deleted the list and recreated it, after that the user was not able to
post messages to the list because of mail delivery failure, so I deleted the
list again. It was FAILURE.

Then I tried to check functioning correctness of address@hidden:
1) I found posts from the user at the pending moderator requests web page. It
was OK.
2) I tried several times to post a message from the administrator e-mail
address to the list but I was not able to find the posts neither at the
pending moderator requests web page nor in the list. It was FAILURE.

So it seems that I have missed to do something essential to have the ability
to post messages to the lists from the administrator e-mail address.

Please explain what I should do to post messages to lists from the
administrator e-mail address.
