That's how i expected it to work. Unfortunately it doesn't work on mousewheel!
Don't we have a getter/setter here? it would make sense as this value can be
changed by mousewhele, click and num+, num- and soon also via + and -.

pardon? does that mean, that both upkeep workers are only set at the
"construct/upgrade/repair"-event and not at "construct/upgrade/repair
finished"? gues i can live with that although it should get a bug# with low
priority.
