No offense, but thats a bad to-do list. These lists are supposed to
organize people, tell them what exactly needs to be done, and making
them too general, akin your list, is only what slows down development,
because, as nct so wonderfully quoted, its boring.

Rather than saying "fix gui", which doesn't get anything done, plands
need to be well thought out, for instance, it would be more like
"change map editor to use miniture building icons rather than cropping
the full size building pictures."
