Just a note about GA: although it looks like a miracle solution and is 
advertised as it by part of the scientific community, one should not be 
excessively impressed by it. As they are now, GA are just a special case of 
optimisation, they are highly robust and very slow. So instead of thinking 
about using GA in glob2, I strongly suggest to think about what problem to 
solve in glob2.

Trust me about GA, I worked two years with them, I even made a thesis on them, 
I quit.
