It seems to be. Robert, if you have a spare minute, please go ahead
and check the patch in the 1.3 branch. We probably are not going to
release 1.3.6, but why not get the bug fixed in case someone decides
to use the code out of the branch?
However, we'll need a ChangeLog entry. Chad, care to post one?
