PSPP-BUG: [bug #66530] test fail mostly on ASCII/strings and tables dimensions maybe due to greek language used

Follow-up Comment #17, bug #66530 (group pspp):

I went to the folder "tests" and i run ./testsuitwhatever. Without make
checks.

Many tests were run! Now that i think of, this was the weird one! No error
message that i must compile the tests and how to do it!


You must include some warning too there! almost half of tests were run without
compilation!!!

All this case was very confusing. I lost almost 6 hours to searching around
and to read files in order to find out what is going on! I read many times the
install and readme but i had no clue that they mean the testsuit. 

Honestly, i believed that these tests is about make, not actual tests about
pspp syntax.
