Way back when I ported 4.0.1 to djgpp, I added a -x (--exclude) option
to GTAGS, to skip files and/or directories. Apparently it wasn't liked,
because it didn't make it into later releases. Should I dust it off and
try adding it to 4.5.1 (my current version)?
