cfengine 1.6.0.a10 *seems* to balk when the clock skew is very high
between the client and the cfd server. The cfengine program is this:
control: actionsequence = ( copy )
copy: /usr/local/lib/cfd/export/conf server=bayes.domain.com
dest=/usr/local/lib/conf recurse=inf type=checksum purge=true backup=false
