Maybe a bug, but probably a feature request: 'twould seem most reasonable
for the time difference between two systems to be ignored for checksum
and byte-wise copies.
Consider this case: I'm configuring a newly-installed system. The
cfengine configuration will join the system to a time-configuration
domain (think ntp or RFC 868).
