Details:

Hello,

weechat currently does not support having different CA certificates where each
is only valid for a single network.
I am staff at an IRC network, we want to get rid of plain text connections and
have our own CA which is only valid for this IRC network. I'd like weechat to
verify if the server's certificate was signed by this CA, because the CA
obviously won't work for any other network, this should be a per-network
setting, but  weechat.network.gnutls_ca_file is a global setting.
