Well, your remote .bashrc contains the following line:

if  test -n "$TERM" && test "$Term" != "dumb"; then

I'm not sure, but likely case matters. Could you, pls, change it to

--8<---------------cut here---------------start------------->8---
if  test -n "$TERM" && test "$TERM" != "dumb"; then
--8<---------------cut here---------------end--------------->8---
