It's always dependent on the project.... Unfortunately I've seen
projects do both.
a) We're really close to having 2.1.17 out so let's call it 2.1.17-cvs
b) We've just finished 21.1.17 but we have a couple patches, let's
call this the 21.1.17 in cvs currently that will become 21.1.18
some day.
I'd hope that b is the answer most give..
