Michael is right: without additional information, we won't be able to
say anything for sure.
Often, the problem is that the remote shell doesn't think it's
interactive and thus doesn't print a prompt. You can try the sshx
method (ie, /sshx:address@hidden: instead of /ssh:address@hidden:) to see if
that helps.
