external methods

Hello,

in Tramp CVS, I've changed external methods implementation for copying
from synchronous processes to asynchronous processes. This allows
entering passwords for external methods as well.

Not a big deal. Nevertheless, since this is a very basic change for
external methods, I'ld like to encourage the adventurous ones to test
it, before the next Tramp release will appear.
