Thanks to you and Michael and everyone who controbuted patches. I
built a Debian package based on the 2.0.36 debian directory and
obtained the following error when installing :-
Compiling /usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/tramp/tramp-efs.el...
Loading password...
While compiling toplevel forms in file
/usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/tramp/tramp-efs.el:
!! File error (("Cannot open load file" "run-at-time"))
>>Error occurred processing tramp-efs.el: Cannot open load file: run-at-time

Not a problem for me as I don't use xemacs often so I just purged
xemacs (Woody version) :-
xemacs : 21.4.6-8
run-at-time seems to be part of newer gnus at least :-
