I am attempting to use tramp to connect to a remote host aurora, on a
non-stanrdard port number (1084).  From the shell, ssh -p 1084 aurora
/bin/ls correctly runs (without asking for a password (i.e. ssh-agent
is operating as designed)).  Opening tramp-paths to other hosts (on
22) does work (the emacs process is successfully contacting
ssh-agent).
