Oops. This change must have been lost. In both "tramp.texi" and the
comment of `tramp-default-method' in "tramp.el" there are still the
old methods mentioned. Checked in CVS.

Btw, if you touch it, could you please rename the methods "*-old" into
"*_old"? I still have an issue in completing method names containing a
hyphen. I hope it's not a problem for anyone.
