[Tlf-devel] Initial exchange for CQWW

Hi folks,

if anybody interesting about the next CQWW CW contest... here is
an initial exchange list (especially for Tlf, but I'm sure it's
easy to convert for other formats):

This list had created based on the logs of the last year's
winners public logs and public log reports. The ambiguous
callsigns (eg: wrong callsign in report, wrong zone in report)
are skipped.

Use it for own risk.
