[Tinycc-devel] freesection bugfix etc

I've made two commits:
- fix freesection crash (as reported by Samuel Zeigerman, 24.05.2008)
- fix the is_idnum table for access with CH_EOF (-1)

As NOT usual, no message was sent to the list automatically instead 
I got this error:
