[Taler] sandcastle-ng: setup-sandcastle fails.

Hi Florian,

thanks for your updates to the sandcastle-ng, which are quite helpful for integrators. I'll send patches with further enhancements soon.

Anyhow, setup-sandcastle fails at line 618 without any error message.

+ sudo -i -u taler-exchange-offline taler-exchange-offline -c /etc/taler-exchange/taler
-exchange.conf download sign upload

Any idea?
