I've just rebuilt the RPM for 32-bit Fedora platforms, at the same
place. You can use yum to install this package, so you don't have to
fight with dependencies:
# yum install --nogpgcheck
http://pikachu.2014.free.fr/public/swftools/bin/swftools-0.9.1-2.fc14.i686.rpm

The RPM Fusion repository (free and non free) provides some dependencies
for this package, it must be of course added to your repos.
