I've check this process before but seemed to miss the new "these items were
approved" entry.
This leads to
https://savannah.gnu.org/news/approve.php?approve=1&group=gnucobol&id=9730 and
I'm able to do the edit directly there (and it is therefore directly
approved).
This ticket can be closed now,
