This is the only other faulty/corrupted (group is nongnu):

All projects with project webpage do have this link:

It does not matter if you can see "download" on the project webpage.
As such, also permission denied as this:  
http://savannah.gnu.org/files/?group=trillium

The only two projects without a project page with that link are  
micropad and RCS.
