Yes indeed on my Manjaro 18.0.4 there is (was) an actual rsh command installed
that is not a link to ssh. It must have been installed as part of some other
package as there is no package installed named rsh. I manually replaced the
/usr/bin/rsh binary by a link to /usr/bin/ssh.
