Follow-up Comment #6, sr #109646 (project administration):
The purpose of the "administrator email" (and "moderator email") fields is to
receive automated administrative messages from mailman. If you want to receive
messages sent to the list, you need to subscribe the address to the list.
This is a feature, because many (many) lists have an administrator who is not
actually involved with the project, just with mail(man). We would not want to
receive every msg sent to the list. --best, karl.
