Savannah has certain purposes: providing resources for free software
development. If accounts don't use them, they may as well
be deleted; when people just use free software, they need
no Savannah accounts. Removing unused accounts[*] may turn out
the only feasible way for us to deal with accounts like <vipgirl4u>.
Zoltan, what are your contributions to free software, specifically?
Why do you need a Savannah account?
We generally don't ask new users for their background, but Zoltan's
identity has prominently bad records, _and_ the only visible
activity from his account was setting up a personal page directing
to his highly controversial website.
[*] Only 24k of 72k current Savannah accounts have ever used
any group-related facilities.
