Follow-up Comment #3, sr #109637 (project administration):

http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/imbr/iMBR-1.7.tgz redirects to a
mirror.  It will take a bit for the mirrors to sync and copy the file out to
each of the mirrors.

I am not sure how often the mirrors sync.  Perhaps someone else can answer
that.
