Subject: [Savannah-help-public] Could you announce Git User's Survey 2011 at Savannah?

Savannah is software hosting site with support for Git as version
control system since 2007
  https://savannah.gnu.org/forum/forum.php?forum_id=4906
  http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/UsingGit

I am not sure if I found the correct email addresses to post to,
but would you be interested in announcing Git User's Survey 2011
(which will last from 5 September to 3 October 2011) for user's
of Savannah (both GNU and non-GNU variants)? One of places that
come to mind is "Latest News" section:
  https://savannah.gnu.org/news/

One of the goals of this survey is to find how Git is used, provide
with feature suggestions, and otherwise help understand users' needs.
It would be interesting to hear a voice of users of Savannah; well,
those that are using Git.

Perhaps something as simple as this (it is only a proposal):
---
<strong>
<a href="https://www.survs.com/survey/VCAGZA8CT5";>The
Git User's Survey 2011</a> is now up!

Please devote a few minutes of your time to fill out the simple
questionnaire; it'll help the Git community understand your needs,
what you like about Git (and what you don't), and overall help us
improve it.

The survey will be open from <i>5 September</i> to <i>3 October 2011</i>.

The results will be published at
<a href="http://git.wiki.kernel.org/index.php/GitSurvey2011";>GitSurvey2011</a>.
</strong>

(you can use http://tinyurl.com/GitSurvey2011 link instead, if you
prefer; it redirects to https://www.survs.com/survey/VCAGZA8CT5).

Git User's Survey 2011 was originally announced on git mailing list
in the following mail:
  "[ANNOUNCE] Git User's Survey 2011"
  http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.version-control.git/180706

Thanks in advance.
