Follow-up Comment #1, sr #107743 (project administration):

It seems to have started working again on July 21.
Around the same time, I got several bounce messages relating
to missing older commits. Perhaps the "network maintenance work"
mentioned on http://identi.ca/group/fsfstatus has fixed it.
