    Seperate chart data from the view.
    
    Create a uniform format for the data which charts
    represent.
    
    Also added a csv output driver for charts which dumps
    their data, thus allowing some level of automatic testing
    of charts.
    
    This change removes the subclasses of the
    chart-item object.  They may be re-instated in later changes
    if it proves to be desireable.
