[Protux-devel] CVS compilable again

hi . this is just to let you know that I made the minimum changes to
make protux compilable again with new architeture. Plugins are STILL
not working, because all basic plugins (old "filters") like gain, pan,
noise-gate, and so on, but be converted to the new architeture. that
will come in next weeks.
