Summary:  'Runner' action would be nice

Original Submission:  Having a 'Runner' action could be yet another way to 
seperate a Pingu from a larger group of Pingus. Runner action should behave 
something like this:

* Just like a walker only two to three times as fast as a walker (a simple 
wrapper class around walker would be enough for this)

* make the pingu faster forever, taking effect on all actions, not just the 
walking one. (this would require some tweaking in Pingu::set_action())

* make it similar to the slider, so a pingu would start to run till it reaches 
a wall, then bounche of there and turn back into a normal walker.

Not sure which of the three posibilities would be best, just an idea, the last 
one would need a new sprite, the other would be ok with the current sprites.
