So, after 0.14.1 is out, should I submit a patch that only does this,
as an intermediate solution until something more Evolution-like replaces
the scoring and filter dialogues?  Then the ALL/ANY option will appear
to the right of "Criteria" (i.e. in the centre column), ROWS being
unchanged, and the total height will be maybe 10 or 12 pixels more than
today, which is less than Preferences.

I think I'll reply to this later through Pan-users, as it might
