FYI...
I've finally started tearing into the Windows port of Pan this week.
There's a huge curve in getting all the libraries and tools in place --
I kept a journal at http://pan.rebelbase.com/pan-windows-port.txt
in case anyone wants to give it a go, or in case I ever have to do
it again -- but I'm now able to compile Pan with mingw so that the
resulting "pan.exe" doesn't need cygwin to run.
http://pan.rebelbase.com/pan-01393-windows.gif is a fresh screenshot.
After 0.13.3 comes out this week I'll get to work on making a
windows installer using Inno Setup. Bill Nalens has mailed me
the Inno script he uses for installing GKrellM on Windows.
cheers,
Charles
