FWIW, the latest I see in Cooker tonight is 0.13.1 dated 4 November. Since
0.13.1 was released on 13 October, I'd say it is taking a bit of time. Not an
unacceptable amount however.
I am cc'ing the Pan maintainer for Mandrake in case he has any input on the
packaging schedule.
