Do you have a longer term plans to define group of
channels, including groups of groups? Presently
the grouping based on dot-separated names
with no spaces could limit the user interface.
Also, can channel names be UTF-8? And if so, could
a japanese string contain a byte value that
could be mistaken for a dot?
