Update of task #9690 (project maposmatic):
Summary: Add a technical info page => Provide
technical/statistical info

Follow-up Comment #3:
Forward daily update emails to dev ml.
Add a page with some stats: cities most frequently rendered, how many
failed/succeeded renderings since date xxxx, cities with the largest street
index wrt rendering-or-locality area (aka OSM information density), etc.
