For the record, gnupload only works when invoked from the directory where
the files live. I had tried executing the upload commands from a VPATH
setup, and the upload site responded "invalid filename
build/m4-1.4.11.tar.bz2". Maybe I'll find the time to make gnupload work
from an alternate directory.
