Indeed, m4 has required CVS libtool for quite some time now (and that's
the joy of using unstable bleeding-edge interfaces); fortunately, to my
knowledge, no released version of libtool.m4 will cause the out-of-sync
issues, and I'm sure Gary intends to keep it that way.
