Hi Antonio,I've downloaded and successfully installed Lzip 1.20-Pre1 on Arch Linux x86-64 using ./configure, make, make install.
I can say with a high degree of confidence that I very much appreciate the fact that percentages are implemented for both compression and decompression now; Lzip is now even more desirable to use. :) I've compressed and decompressed two files several times using the second verbose option and I haven't received any error messages. Is there any significant testing you would like me to do, since I am running a different machine than you are?
I also noticed the percentage for compression and decompression are based on the input file, rather than the uncompressed size. I definitely like that.
Best regards, Timothy Beryl Grahek
