[Lynx-dev] Possibility of a windows installer for a version that supports HTTPS |

Hello,
I would like to try Lynx on Windows 10 but have the same problem as this
fellow:
https://superuser.com/questions/1135383/https-support-for-lynx-in-windows
I am aware I can work around the issue through a form of
'install-a-unix-environment' (WSL, WSL2, cygwin, docker image) but it want
a simple, lightweight solution.
So I have tried compiling on my machine for a couple of hours... And am
pretty sure I'm not doing things right (writing custom /I includes in
makefile.msc for each error saying a .h file has not been found?). Got
stuck when cp1250.h was missing.
I have no idea how difficult it would be to make a version of lynx for
windows 10 that supports HTTPS out-of-the-box, available for direct
download.
Is this something worth considering?
Best regards,
