For mailing list issues at gnu.org and fsf.org please send questions,
comments, inquiries to < mailman AT gnu.org > with whatever
information you have on the problem. Message-Ids are most useful.
Timestamp of the transaction. So that the matching log entry can be
found on the GNU mail server side.
