Okay, I went back to the site, my links are numbered as well.so, when I selected number 27, the link began to download, and once finished I was presented with a chance to save the file. No issues at all, getting it so I am wondering if anything changed with your configuration? When I tried at first, I chose one of the early links, which may indeed reference content that is gone. Still, the mp2 file associated with linked number 27 from the 7 June show downloads for me with no issues here. I personally only tend to get lynx core dumps when I try to use the old way to make a script submit button work.
Do you want the file? On Tue, 9 Jun 2020, aalinovi@riseup.net wrote:
Yes, I can grab the mp2 files using the links web browsr. One thing that may be throwing you off is that hours 6 and 7 usually are not there as mp2s (at least I've never been able to get them). You should have no problem with hours 1-5 though. As for mp3's I've never had any difficulty using lynx to grab any of the hours so I don't know why you would . Which may or may not be creating your error. When I reached the site and indeed used my down arrow to focus on hour one's mp2 file, I got an error stating that the file is not on the server. Same for the mp3 file. have you successfully gotten mp2 files from their ftp site before? With mp3 lynx gives me the option of downloading or cancelling. With mp2 lynx does not give a choice but simply goes thru the motions of downloading the file and then abruptly dies with "Abort trap (core dumped). I found something in the archives back in 1999 where someone seemed to have a similar problem but whatever worked for him doesn't work for me. If it matters, I'm running OpenBSD 6.7 on a ThinkPad x220 lynx version 2.8.9rel.1. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
