You are most welcome. As an extra ao3,
www.archiveofourown.org
is a fantastic site for hp fan fiction, for fanworks in general. They are committed to inclusion and rock in lynx.

Lots of places use the more inclusive math problems these days. My favorite
though is the one at a site called darklordpotter.net. those use harry Potter
related questions, which likewise show up in text.
Do you mind doing one more test?
go back again, and when you reach the non inclusive captcha, just hit enter on
the button that would send the content. I am interested in if a, the site
detects that the field is empty, or b, you get the cookie request message.
Thanks,
Kare

I got into the login with amazon and got that important message too. I
have what I think is a pretty good .mailcap file so tried to play a
challenge and nothing played. Fortunately I do not have an employer
requiring me to purchase items from amazon otherwise I'd be in serious
job jeopardy now. Cookies are enabled here too. Since this is the
first time trying to do anything with amazon on this machine I'm going
to see if it put a cookie on my hard drive. The Navy has people solve
math problems and those come up on the screen in text and that works for
them so amazon is without excuse.

..which is why I would appreciate a test.
When I visit www.amazon.com
A cookie is accepted right away. However when I sign in, say after
choosing
proceed to checkout two things happen.
first, again after the cookie is allowed I reach a page that says
Important message! To better protect your account please reenter your
password and type the characters in the image below..which for me is not
an
option.
Still, even if Amazon staff provide something for that verification field,
or
if I leave the field blank, I get a request to allow cookies message.
In fact I cannot go forward until I turn on what is already turned on.
So I am wanting to discover if this error might be unique to the lynx
setup
at shellworld, or if this is something Amazon is doing where Lynx is
concerned
in general.

If the cookie complaint happens at login amazon expects a cookie from
you. If it only happens during checkout, I don't know what's
happening. I suspect based on your browser amazon thinks you're not
doing cookie transactions with it and has that hard coded somewhere.

Hi everyone,
Curious if anyone here has successfully used one of the updated editions
of
lynx to sign into, and complete an order at amazon.com?
Lately I am getting a please turn on cookies error, even with my cookies
being
accepted.
Further if I try more than once the site request authentication,
thinking
i
am a hacker.
Even the so called access site, the one for simplified browsing now has
issues.
Thanks,
Karen
