Dear list, David,

Here's the requested ability to have all cookies accepted by default,
minus a list of tracking domains.
I've used Mr. Steven's list from https://github.com/StevenBlack/hosts as
well and 435 additions from my own personal list generated from privacy
badger and my own efforts (PB is the EFF's tracker blocker that utilizes
heuristics plus user input to find tracking sites. It's a plugin for FF,
Opera, and chromium).
As is required, I'm attaching the MIT License to Mr. Steven's list, my
contributions and manipulations should be considered as CC0.
I don't know if the attached files will make it to the list as it's
really long at 60,680 entries (Yes, it will get worse over time). So, I'm
compressing it using xz -9e.

I'm trying to make an easy button as requested but the way lynx is
implemented is the easiest you can get before the web browser starts
making decisions you might not want, hence the current state of
tracking cookie affairs.
I'm not recommending this for inclusion into the lynx source, but if Mr.
Dickey is interested, I'm fine with it. I'm intending to update this list
1 once per year, but I'll probably forget so be sure to ping me at the
appropriate time.
To use this, just add it to your lynx.cfg file. Either the system one or
your own personal one in your home directory.

DISCLAIMER: I'm an aggressive blocker and I think Mr. Steven is also, so
this may cause some websites to malfunction, in particular, I've
blocked most of facebook and twitter and Mr. Steven has blocked a lot of
pron sites. I take no responsibility for your (mis)use of this
configuration data.
