Yeah… I don’t use Windows® any more really, I have an old
win2k instance on which I create Windows/Cygwin builds of
some software of mine, but no development setup for Lynx,
which I remember was pretty complicated to set up (needed
to patch pdcurses so it would compile at all, etc.) but I
think the old build works on (and was even made on) Win9x.

I forgot Cygwin because it’s more like Unix than Windows;
building there is, at least for your own setup, trivial.

And OpenSSL, of course…
